Vosix Web Portal
The Vosix Web Portal combines a public site with two purpose-built admin dashboards and a full accounting engine to serve as a secure, mission-critical control plane for operations and finance. Mobile-first self-service and a robust API layer enable fast onboarding, integrations and reduced support overhead.
The Challenge
Vosix needed a single web portal that did more than serve as a marketing site. It had to act as a mission-critical admin control center for a large, distributed ecosystem, supporting heavy production staff with distinct workflows. Two independent admin experiences were required: one for general system operations and one exclusively for financials and accounting. At the same time end users needed secure, reliable self-service for passwords, emails, security settings and finances without forcing them to download the mobile app. The portal also had to orchestrate onboarding, safety checks, backups and integrations across the entire product surface without adding operational friction.
Our Approach
We designed and built a unified web portal with two independent admin interfaces, each optimized for its target tasks and permission model. A full accounting engine and user profile system were implemented alongside role-based access controls and audit logging to meet compliance and operational needs. A robust API layer was created to distribute data across the ecosystem and enable external integrations. We also developed an automated onboarding engine and operational tooling so support teams can run updates, backups and safety workflows quickly and safely. The UI was built mobile-first to ensure admins and users can complete critical tasks from any device.
The Outcome
Admins gained a reliable control plane that dramatically streamlined day-to-day operations, reduced manual interventions and made financial reconciliation and compliance easier to manage. End users can self-serve essential account and financial tasks from any device, reducing support tickets and improving retention. The API-driven architecture enabled smoother integrations, predictable backups and faster incident response. Overall the portal elevated operational capacity, security posture and the user experience across the Vosix ecosystem.
