The Challenge
Create a single authoritative platform that captures and publishes real-time proceedings and decisions from South African parliamentary cabinets while maintaining editorial control, accuracy and security. The system had to serve two distinct audiences: a public informational experience and a real-time feed for stakeholders who needed immediate updates. Administrators needed a single place to manage content, workflows and compliance without creating duplicate work for editorial teams.
