The Challenge
Clarity needed a reliable, site-friendly way to connect physical water system installations to their digital documentation. Technicians across multiple locations required immediate access to electrical and pump schematics for fast troubleshooting, while the company needed a branded, maintainable labeling system that stayed accurate as documents changed over time.
Our Approach
We built a custom QR generation platform that creates branded, print-ready codes which link either to external documents or to an internal document storage system. Each QR is driven by a dynamic link, so schematics and manuals can be updated centrally without reprinting codes. The solution includes a simple admin interface for batch creation and management of codes, versioned document storage for safe updates, and templates for on-site branding and labeling.
The Outcome
