Using evolving design thinking and modern technology, we’ve continuously refined how we build digital products that are visible, accessible, and future-ready.
2022
CodeNameKylo began as a one-person freelance development studio focused on helping local businesses use technology more effectively. Alongside client work, we experimented relentlessly with SaaS platforms, mobile applications and digital product concepts. Many never made it to market, but each one helped shape the technical experience and product thinking behind the company today.
2023
What started as freelance development evolved into a fully established technology company. We began working deeper within the technology services industry, building custom platforms, integrations and digital systems for businesses with requirements that could not be solved using standard off-the-shelf software. CodeNameKylo was formally established around one goal: to build what others could not.
2024
Our first full year opened the door to larger and more complex opportunities. We delivered technology for government-linked organisations, educational institutions, healthcare companies and established industry leaders. Our work expanded beyond websites into operational software, internal platforms, automation systems, secure data workflows and custom digital infrastructure.
2025
We launched our first B2B SaaS product, Webvisor, marking an important step from building software exclusively for clients to developing our own technology products. During the year, our work received two awards, we partnered with more than 35 new clients and continued expanding across multiple industries, countries and technology disciplines.
2026
CodeNameKylo continued its evolution into a multi-vertical software and technology partner. We expanded our work across healthcare, architecture, education, commerce, automation and artificial intelligence, while developing long-term partnerships with companies in South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States. Today, we build everything from focused digital experiences to business-critical software platforms designed to scale.
