The Challenge
Firehouse Technologies engaged us to lead the redesign of every public-facing asset for a newly launched SaaS product. The brand was fragmented, the product needed credible trust signals for enterprise buyers, and the primary codebase required short-term stewardship to enable a coordinated, fast launch without disrupting existing development.
Our Approach
We performed a focused audit of the product, brand and codebase, then established a scalable brand centre and design system to unify visual language and interaction patterns. Simultaneously we designed and built a trust centre to surface security, compliance and operational transparency. Working closely with Firehouse, we implemented the public website and components in the live codebase with careful version control, QA and performance optimization to ensure a seamless release.
