The Challenge
Create a single, high-throughput production workflow that converts content decks into fully edited, captioned videos without manual uploads, multiple tool handoffs, or quality loss. The solution had to support precise, human-reviewed transcripts, fine-grained caption timing, and bulk processing of many video variations while preserving editorial control and brand consistency.
Our Approach
Built a FFmpeg-powered React application that orchestrates third-party video generation, automated transcription, and human-in-the-loop copy review. The system composites and burns captions in real time with frame-accurate timing, runs generation and editing in parallel for batch jobs, and includes a bulk upload sequence to eliminate back-and-forth media movement. UX and content workflows were designed so content teams provide a single copy deck and receive finished assets without downloads or manual edits.

An end-to-end web application that handles video generation, transcription with human verification, compositing, real-time caption burn-in with granular timing controls, batch processing, and bulk upload. Included UI for batch management and copy deck integration, production-grade FFmpeg editing engine, and documentation so content teams can move from brief to finished video without leaving the app.
