LMM Reporting is a mobile-first surveying and reporting platform that enables UK civil engineers and contractors to dispatch surveyors instantly, complete one-handed digital audits on site, and produce SOR-backed, insurer-ready cost estimates and reports in real time. Its dual-network dispatch, configurable pricebook engine and offline-capable field mode deliver faster, more accurate surveys, transparent costing and reduced administrative overhead.
The Challenge
UK civil engineers and contractors lacked a fast, reliable way to dispatch surveyors, capture consistent audit data, and produce costed reports for insurance and remediation. Manual, fragmented processes caused delays, pricing errors and coordination issues when mobilising single surveyors or entire teams across multiple sites.
Our Approach
We built a mobile-first surveying and reporting platform with a dual-network dispatch engine to send individual surveyors or entire associations in seconds. An advanced On Site mode, optimised for one-handed use, lets surveyors complete full digital audits of buildings, materials, safety, mold and dampness, and capture photos from their phones. Behind the scenes a configurable SOR and pricebook engine maps required remediations to client SOR items and produces instant cost estimates. Reports are generated in real time and exported in formats tailored for insurance, costing and remediation workflows.
The Outcome
Turnaround for surveys and report delivery was dramatically improved, with field teams producing consistent, auditable reports faster and with fewer errors. Insurers and contractors gained transparent, SOR-backed cost estimates that sped up claims processing and remediation decisions. Field productivity, quoting accuracy and client satisfaction all improved while administrative overhead and manual rework were reduced.
